Naomi published her accelerated-test decision, the harm it could have caused, and the controls she later built.
The admission weakened her claim to flawless authorship and strengthened her claim that Northstar had dismantled safeguards.
Lena's patient group returned conditionally. They would support recall, not Naomi's return.
At Voss's office, a process server photographed the framed notebook page. Its ink predated the alleged misconduct copy; the forgery had been made from Voss's own display.
