Owen Votes the Trust
Owen voted to transfer the patent, apparently giving Voss control. Then the trust clerk read the condition he had added: any transfer triggered a public safety audit.
He had sacrificed his trusteeship to force scrutiny.
Naomi had treated him as a coward. He had acted without asking her permission, which was both useful and infuriating.
Voss challenged the amendment. The hearing was set for thirty days.
