Sterling International Is Not a Place for Proposals

"Uh... quite a few people were saying just now that they were really envious. I don't think there's any girl who wouldn't like it, right? And Ms. Bennett seems to be watching down there too."

Hearing Marcus Reed's words, a thoughtful look appeared in Julian Sterling's eyes.

He said in a deep voice, "Sterling International is not a place for proposals."

Marcus Reed had been by Julian Sterling's side for so long that with just one look, he knew what Julian Sterling was thinking. Seeing the expression on his face, cold enough to kill, he immediately knew Julian Sterling was very unhappy about Ethan Sterling publicly proposing.

He was jolted and immediately said, "Yes! I know what to do. I'll go drive them away right now."

Julian Sterling stopped him. "Wait."

Marcus Reed came back to himself and looked at Julian Sterling in confusion. "Mr. Sterling, what other instructions do you have?"

At this moment, the grand romantic proposal downstairs was still going on.

Ethan Sterling was down on one knee in front of Naomi Pierce, saying affectionately, "Naomi, we're about to get engaged, but I realized I don't think I've ever properly proposed to you. Today I'm proposing to you. Will you marry me?"

"Of course I will!" Naomi Pierce smiled happily.

Ethan Sterling took the ring out of the box and put it on Naomi Pierce's finger.

Naomi Pierce looked at the huge rock on her hand and smiled so hard she couldn't close her mouth.

Although she didn't know why Ethan Sterling had suddenly given her this huge surprise, she was truly happy. At that moment, from the corner of her eye, she saw Claire Bennett, and a look of surprise appeared in Naomi Pierce's eyes.

Claire Bennett had been done in by Kevin Parker, and not only had she not hidden herself away, she actually still dared to come to Sterling International?

Without waiting for Claire Bennett to refuse, Naomi Pierce went back to Ethan Sterling's side.

Claire Bennett held the phone in one hand. The screen was completely black; it wasn't unlocked.

The corner of her mouth twitched. Naomi Pierce had done this on purpose, hadn't she? She knew she was injured and still asked her to take pictures, and she hadn't even unlocked the phone.

She wanted to see her blow up?

If she lost her temper in public, the way the people around her would look at her would probably be that she was crazed with jealousy. Naomi Pierce really had gone to great lengths.

From a distance, Naomi Pierce urged, "Claire, what are you standing there for? Hurry up and take our picture."
