All of it burned money. After Claire Bennett entered Bennett Group, Ava Bennett had been holding up the finances and refusing to release funds to her, perhaps hoping to force her out.

But Claire Bennett was not someone who admitted defeat. Her new product launch had to happen. Since Bennett Group wouldn't give her money, then she would go find investors herself.

Maybe even the Bennett family won't be able to let you keep living there. Why don't you and Hannah Bennett find somewhere else to stay first?"

Part of Bennett Group had been founded by Claire Bennett's mother. If Claire Bennett really pursued the matter, then perhaps even the detached house Ava Bennett was currently living in would have to be split in half.
