The Ownership Hearing

The first ask was simple:

"Who owns the override chain?"

Bell answered with the contractor line.

"The room says owner alias." Priya said.

Mara said, "But alias changed after hearing schedule."

The judges asked for the full owner list, including temporary operators.

Elise submitted the latest bundle: clean switch photos, third seal copy, ignored frame evidence, and bridge relay logs.

The clerk asked a final question and the room went quiet:

"If this is only a process failure, why no direct harm recorded?"

Elise answered, "Harm was in omission."

Priya added, "No named witness, no person accountability."

Mara said, "You can’t call a person missing if the process never let her exist."

The judges asked for one extra week and one extra affidavit from Bell.

Bell prepared it with shaking hands.

In the corridor afterward, he said, "I never thought a blank witness could cost this much."

Elise put her hand on the affidavit and said, "It should have been impossible. So yes, it cost this much."

Unknown source sent a final short line while they sat in the stairwell:

**Ownership hearing does not end ownership. It names it.
