Chapter 216
The Final Queue Bridge
The final bridge in Priya's scan had no name and no destination.
Only this phrase:
final_queue_bridge.
Elise ran it through all old logs.
Three routes matched. One route now leads to a room that never existed. Two routes lead to legal fallback channels.
She asked Bell to verify physical access.
One is blocked. One is sealed. One has no physical door.
If a bridge never had a door, it can only be command. Bell said.
At court, Elise presented the bridge graph and asked for admission of a direct command chain.
No one had a clean answer.
Priya found the bridge had no checksum for six minutes of operation.
That gap happened during the key hearing minutes.
Elise filed one urgent request:
Any unchecksummed bridge route is noncompliant.
In the courtyard outside, a courier handed her a plain envelope.
Inside: one printed screenshot of that bridge with one circle on the non-destination end.
No sender.
Elise looked at the circle and wrote:
A bridge without destination can still transfer an owner if owner has never existed.
