Daniel's Second Deed
Daniel admitted he filed a second deed placing Claire's house in a protective trust after Mae warned him that Shaw planned to transfer it as a study asset.
He concealed the deed because it also showed he had represented the clinic before their divorce.
Claire now had legal protection and proof of his betrayal in the same envelope.
She used the deed to regain entry, then removed Daniel as trustee in front of Asha.
The replacement trustee was Lucy, whose occupancy claim gave her standing Shaw had not anticipated.
