Bell said it explained every delayed hearing segment from chapter 130 onward.

No one in the room believed "eight seconds" could matter.

Elise said, "In one legal file, eight seconds is enough for an owner to disappear."

After recess, they found a second patch request from the same sender:

Apply after 11:00 or after witness confirms attendance.

No one had confirmed attendance.
