Elise read it aloud.

Mara suggested package three: missing signatures with witness refusal argument.

Priya agreed, despite risk of over-fragmentation.

Elise wrote three envelopes.

Day three, they made one live statement from Priya's studio and posted one paragraph to three outlets.

One outlet refused. Two accepted under "procedure and accountability."

Day five, Bell found one subpoena request from a private firm asking for all digital copies.

Elise said, "No, only sealed appeal."

Mara asked, "Do we have enough legal cover?"

Helen answered by message: Yes if chain remains in sealed handoff.

Night 6:30, they moved to the station annex to test the audio restoration in public, not private.

It showed every signature point with no face.

Elise added that line to her notes.

The appeal package was delivered in the final 6:17 minute and stamped.

Now they waited.

At 11:17 in the old stairway clock, the light did not change.
